This historic outfit consists of a war shirt, leggings, and pipe, all three once used by famous Chief Red Cloud, plus moccasins, a breastplate, breechclout, choker, war club, and paint later added by his son Chief Jack Red Cloud. Jack’s son Chief Charles Red Cloud was photographed many times wearing the outfit, and also wore it in his official capacity and at tribal events.
