1. If you are not planning to bid live online, but want to view the catalog and have the option to place absentee bids before the auction begins, click on the Allard Auctions link below. You can monitor your progress against other absentee bidders here, and adjust your bids accordingly. Bidding closes 90 minutes before each session begins.

2. If you want to browse the catalog with the option of registering to bid live online during the auction, click on either the LiveAuctioneers.com or iCollector.com buttons below. (There is no difference in cost or procedure between the two, just a slightly different format). You must be registered for each auction in advance so to avoid complications and delays during the registration process, we suggest you register as early as possible.

Seattle and Portland Auctions, July 18 & 19, 2011

As well as being held live on-site as we normally do, this auction will also available live online (in a somewhat more casual way than our big catalog auctions). We will be also be accepting absentee bids up until auction time

You can browse the catalogs for these two auctions from either of the links below at any time with no obligation to register or buy. If you want to register to bid live from your computer during the auctions, click on the LiveAuctioneers link below. However, if you would just like to leave absentee bids, click on the Allard Auctions link below, and your bids will be submitted automatically for you during the auction.

If you are successful on either your live-online or absentee bidding, we will email you an invoice shortly after the conclusion of each auction. You can pay then using PayPal or contact us later by phone to pay with a credit card. Your items will be shipped from Montana as soon as we return from the auctions and see that your invoice has paid.

This month’s Portland and Seattle auctions will feature over 250 lots of American Indian and related artifaces, art, and collectibles. There is a 10% buyer’s premium for on-site bidders. 

As always, if you cannot attend the auciton in person, you can place absenttee bids before the auciton either online, via fax, or by phone (call 1-888-3174-0343 up until the auciton begins).

In addition, and for the first time, this auciton will be broadcast live over the Internet and you can bid live during the auciton from the comfort of your own home.
